Beberapa fungsi jabatan yang ada di kapal pesiar adalah seperti di atas beserta tanggung jawabnya. Masing-masing department akan mengikuti Standar Operating Procedure yang diberlakukan salah satu contohnya, mereka akan mengikuti standar employee, antara lain ;
- ~ wearing name taq
- ~ wearing safety shoes
- ~ good grooming
- ~ being on time
- ~ maintaining eye contact
- ~ wearing proper uniform
- ~ wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) when working
- ~ speaking english
